So far these probes are just what I needed. You seem to be very accurate! I've used it for steaks, brisket and ribs and the temp gauge on pull out was just what I wanted. They seem to be effectively heat resistant as my grill caught fire from oil dripping off the steaks and the sensors are still working fine. It's also amazing how good it is that they are color coded because sometimes I forget when to connect a piece of meat to which port on my thermometer.
