Review on Gartful by Divine Christmas

My anticipation for shopping at Gartful's online store was high, but I was ultimately let down by my experience there. Although they have reasonable rates, the lack of quality in the materials they use is disappointing. My canvas was covered with bristles from the brushes, and the paint colors were drab and did not blend together very well. I was forced to replace them with ones of a higher grade that I purchased from a different store. In addition, it was difficult to navigate their website, and the purchasing process was murky. The completion of my transaction took significantly more time than I had anticipated, and I was close to giving up. Additionally, I had a problem with my order, and it took their customer service personnel many days to react to my inquiry about it. They eventually responded, but they weren't very helpful, so I wound up having to figure out how to fix the issue on my own. In general, I do not think that other artists should patronize the web store that Gartful maintains. It is not worth the money, despite the allure of the rates, because the materials are of poor quality and the customer service is unsatisfactory.
