I was tired of putting cellophane wrap on my instant pot or looking for the right size bowl especially when making large portions for food prep. I bought this to try out.I am pleasantly surprised, this fits the 6 quart instant pot perfectly. And now I just cover the pot for use later, or put it in the refrigerator overnight. It is airtight and stays on through normal handling. I have not dropped it so I don’t know if it stays on as well as a Tupperware type lid would, but it works great for my storage needs.For the price, it was a great value
