The team at Redapt has been very responsive in our needs for their services. They have always made themselves available when we needed them as well as being able to provide updates quickly with new features coming out. Nothing really comes to mind! I would highly recommend working with this organization if you are looking for professional support from an experienced vendor. We use redap's network monitoring software which provides us insight into what areas of the site need attention most often so they know where to focus resources.
