WHY ANGER? I need this AND methanol to make winter liquid? Not what I expected or needed.

Pictured is this liquid in a gallon of water at 32 degrees Fahrenheit. It appears that this product actually RAISES the freezing point of water. I was looking for a quick and easy way to make my own washer fluid. Ideal if you live in Florida. Michigan isn't that good. Now I'm going to look for a jug of methanol.
