This was the only iPhone 12 magnet I could find on the market. The magnet is silicone/rubber coated so it won't scratch your phone or case and won't slip or rotate. The adhesive on the back is very strong for the small area it occupies. I've seen some comments and reviews saying it's not that strong but when I compared it to a real apple magnet it was just as strong. The reason I chose this is because I need to connect my phone to the car for Apple CarPlay. So there's no point in connecting an Apple phone with a cable if I'm not going to use it. Also, I didn't want to pay $50 to Apple and then end up cutting the cable. Overall great product, just what I was looking for
