Excellent Clipping Brush Best in Paint Tools

EDIT: After about 5 years of history with Purdy, please allow a few more comments: Now I only buy Purdy. No more lower level brushes for "rough stuff" unless I'm painting the barn as fast as I can without paying attention to the texture. Purdy has upped my painting standards, and now that I feel the need for a new brush (which doesn't happen that often, by the way, despite having so many wooden surfaces inside and out that I paint all the time). A note: primers like Kilz are bristle-free and apply quite heavily on a good brush, so save your old brushes for that. Your 5 year old Purdy brush can still get your foundation perfectly smooth, so don't ruin it with a cheap brush, even on foundation. I'm going back to my old work in disgust because I haven't used Purdy and this work doesn't meet my new Purdy standard. no protruding bristles, perfect cut for a flawless finish. Sure, they last longer, but that's because you take better care of them when you pay for the perfect brush. I have never paused and left the brush with wet paint like it was a cheaper brush. too much to lose! But if you are serious about painting, this brush deserves respect in your shop.
