We buy 16 ounce cups all the time. They hold a 16 ounce drink and leave some room so they don't spill when you carry them. I thought they looked small but the packaging says "16 oz" so I tried one. I opened a 12 ounce can of soda, poured it into a mug and it filled almost to the brim! I took photos but there is no way to add them here. If I tried to pour 16 oz. drink in it, it will overflow. I thought 12 ounces. wanted to. I don't know who decided they were 16 ounce cups but I would love them if they poured 16 ounce cups. Liquids in them without running 4 ounces. it's over. It's 12 ounces. Mugs at their best! And even with 12 gr. They must be carried very carefully so as not to spill. Too bad I only ordered one pack instead of 2 so I know they are 12oz and not 16oz. The photos I posted show a 12 ounce mug. poured in a can of soda.
