About the service. My legs broke on the LCTRL. If you knew what kind of "song" it is to pull out the clips from the keycap with a needle. I wrote to support, after 5 hours they answered me: (Not verbatim). Take the keyboard to the store, if the store refuses to repair, provide a response from the store and you will need to send information on the breakdown directly to logitech (they will repair it themselves). The store does not refuse repairs, everything is fine. But if you bring a keyboard or any other product with a similar malfunction (problem) to the store, they accept it and send it to suppliers for diagnostics and repair. This rigmarole with sending by law can take a maximum of 45 days. And I am not at all happy with the prospect of being left without a keyboard for these 45 days. I concluded for myself that next time I'd better make a choice in favor of another manufacturer with service centers in the 2022. Very disappointed with Logitech. The support service site is generally a separate song (for half a day I tried to register a product).
