I have suffered from pain in the arch of my right foot for many years. I like to be active and jumping rope is one of my favorite exercises. Unfortunately, if I jump without a cushion, I'll break my leg. I was jumping rope on concrete last week and my leg was throbbing for days so I ordered these. The compression immediately helped with the arch pain! Now I will wear them to every workout. I hope they last because I've used them about 6 times and they stretch a lot.
