The bolt on mine was very difficult to turn so the crisp threads needed cleaning. The tap (14mm) pulled quite a bit of material from the casting, indicating poor tool life planning and factory quality control processes. The bolt had to be fed through the die and under the spoked wheel for a few minutes to deburr the factory cut threads. The center hole is slightly off-center. One of the pin holes is so far off center that you can see the spring through the side of the casting!
