I ordered two iPads for work. Shipping 14 euros paid, delivery took 2 weeks. Finally managed to set up the iPad, it seemed to work fine for a day or two, then cellular service stopped at one. Called Verizon who told me the iPad can't be used as a cell phone because it was labeled as an iPad that doesn't pay for their cellular plan and it ended up in collections. This should have been tested before a cellular iPad was sold to a customer! I have contacted the company, they won't send a new one, I have to buy it again, they won't give me an IMEI number to check to make sure it doesn't happen again, and they won't expedite shipping for me on theirs Costs, I already have protective films on which I also lose money. Said my complaint would be escalated to another department, radio silence. Now the second iPad complicates our work with the server. More headaches, wasted time, and $$ purchases from this company.
