Now that's what I call great customer service! Thanks very much! I researched this before buying it as a Christmas present. I bought it on 12/22/20 and it was available for return until 1/31/21. I am writing a review on 1/5/21. Today my husband tried it, it didn't help. It looks good on the outside, but it's a PIECE OF SHIT. When I went to return it tonight to buy another he said he was not entitled to a refund. With? BUYER BE CAREFUL BEFORE PURCHASING.
