Intermittent problems with water entering the box and corrosion of the foil on the back of the surge protection board. How the water got into the box is unclear. Both cable connectors were at the bottom, and both wires went down. Both cable clamps were firmly screwed to the Ethernet cables. The lid of the box was screwed tight. The lid seal does not appear to be damaged. Sealant must be applied to the board itself so that water does not get on the foil tracks.
