Straws break after the first few weeks of use.
The product is not durable and can be dangerous. After 8-10 weeks of daily use, internal cracks appear in the plastic, mostly closer to the bottom edge. With continued use, the straw will eventually break, resulting in a sharp fragment or two. Given the location of most breaks in this product, there is a real risk of injury.
