Absolutely everything specified and described. From the moment you unbox it you can tell it's a winner. The weight and build quality are excellent. I do NOT wash my bakeware in the dishwasher, but washing by hand is easy. This is a non-stick surface that meets the declared properties. Although the non-stick coating is safe for metal cookware, I don't use heavy metal cookware. Any cutting/slicing of food in this pan I use only with a standard inner knife, I remove anything that requires a sharp knife from the pan. I would highly recommend this line of Circulon Bakeware - it fits the bill. Many Thanks. NO rust, sticking, warping or trouble.
