Review on 🔌 Journeyman-Pro 515AN 15A 120-125V NEMA 5-15P Plug Connector, Commercial Grade PVC (BLACK 1-PACK) - Efficient Cord Replacement by David Bott

I had a bad connector on a 10GA air compressor, this fixed and solved the manufacturer's problem. The remanufactured connector was on a 10 AWG, double-insulated, heavy-duty stranded wire. The manufacturer just installed (not a 90° turn) and the weight of the cable pulled the plug out of the socket, eventually the manufacturer's plug broke. This replacement is almost fool proof, wire holes are marked, color coded locking screws as well as a strip guide. I would suggest stripping the double insulation about 1 inch from the single wire insulation, this makes it much easier to build on thick wire like this. I had striped about 3/4" but I couldn't fit the pieces together and I had to trim off that extra 1/4". Overall I'm completely satisfied and while it's not the cheapest option on the market I'm totally against incomplete electrical work and this repair leaves me with no problems.
