Review on Dorman Parking Brake Cable C660980 by Jeff Hill

The cable itself looks high quality but not as good as the OEM. The problem is that the cable is a few centimeters shorter than the original cable and cannot follow the route of the original cable. Since it is shorter, it eventually passes quite close to the exhaust. The clamp mounts are pretty poor, and there are only two of them compared to three in the original. I ripped a third cable from my old cable and used it to support the new one. Pretty disappointed as Dorman usually makes good replacement parts but in this case I would pay extra and buy an OEM if I had to do it again.
