I bought this count in the middle of the street, flat linen for every day. They are big and heavy - almost the size of a tablespoon and too big for your mouth. Compared to my existing Oneida Flat Set, they are significantly wider, thicker, heavier and more durable overall. To be honest they are too big for me. My hand is an average women's size and the grip is too wide for me to hold comfortably. If you put it on the edge of an empty bowl, it turns the whole bowl upside down. Closer to the edge of the plate, it slides onto the table or even onto the floor due to the weight. I am expensive if I ever complain that things are better than I expected but for my personal taste they are not my favorite. The picture on the left shows "normal" soup and tea spoons, on the right these monster spoons. I'm thinking about donating just for their good will.
