It is much more than a code reader. I paid for first use, my previous code reader told me all 4 of my O2 sensors were bad, that seemed wrong, but the local shop wanted 200.00 to hook it up and see what was wrong . Did a scan with this tool and found the voltage on one sensor was off, which showed me only one was faulty. Replaced a sensor and cleared the codes and the problem was gone. I saved hundreds of dollars and now I have a great downloadable tool. So if my friends check engine light comes on I can charge them 20.00 and tell them what's going on. thanks dude
