arrived yesterday, used today and disappointed again. only passing the movement showed uneven action. When I tried to cork the bottle the action was slow to get the cork out and it took me 3 attempts to pop the cork. I bought a Houdini model a few years ago and it has opened hundreds of bottles with the greatest of ease. If the model I received recently is made by the same company, the quality corners have been trimmed. I recently returned a space care opener that didn't open the bottle. I would return this version of Houdini, but I don't want to charge Amazon a $9 return shipping fee. I will continue my search in Phoenix for a device to review in store.
