Review on ASRock Mini ITX Motherboard AB350 Gaming ITX by Stanislaw Grzechnik ᠌

Not a bad purchase, worth the money.

I did not wait for the 8th gen from Intel and assembled a cool machine on this board. Different pros: A beautiful board for building compact gaming systems based on AMD Ryzen. The board pulls the Ryzen 5 1600 without any problems, including overclocking to 3800-3900 MHz, since the new revision fixed a funny blunder with a thick thermal pad under the VRM heatsink. The new sound codec is the first of the built-in sound cards, to which I have no complaints. Wi-Fi 2.4/5 GHz is a smart start for the future. Two connectors for case fans, one with a DC regulator in addition to PWM. Got cons: Capricious about RAM. 1x16 GB Dual-rank started only on 2666. Tested on the Intel platform Kingston savage ddr4-3000 at the nominal frequency do not start. This is actually more of a Zen problem, but still annoying. I did not immediately buy the eminent g. Skill with samsung chips and now I regret it. Visually do not like the BIOS. Incomprehensible delays when turning on the PC until the BIOS splash screen appears. From time to time, the fan speed is no longer regulated correctly. I don't think the board will receive bug fixes or ates from AGESA.
