First of all it's a good stand and the hinges make it easy to work with. The reason for the average recall is that the included hardware didn't work and I had to use different screws for the wall anchors since the heads of the included screws didn't go through the holes. The supplied dowels would have been fine if I hadn't noticed that the supplied screw heads are too big before inserting them (and turning them loosens the dowel along with the screw). Also, all of the M6's hardware was packaged in the box, but I was able to account for all the parts that came with it. They don't provide more than enough M6 bolts and captive nuts to install more than one patch panel, so keep that in mind and get some extras if that's all you need (it's 4U so it would be nice to have enough for all the holes but don't deduct the stars for it as it mentions). This stand also doesn't have any cable management tabs or holes that I could see when I bought it, but that's also something to consider when comparing (I was cheap).
