I can not believe there are that many positive reviews for this.First the switch for flame was implied but the pictures, was for the normal flame or blow Torch flame. No, it is for the gas valve. Which after wasting 2 refiles I figured it out, they it took 3 more refiles to get the flame just right. What a waist, So I did read the full small manual, and it did tell me that's what the switch is for. What a stupid design, all you got to do if pause for a moment or so, or forget to flip the valve you are out of gas.I like the look a of the lighter, minus the bulldog picture, it would have been nice to have other choices of pictures. and felt good in the hand, And I like the idea of flipping from one type of flame to another. But this goes from blowtorch to soft flame, so you are waisting more fuel. But I have decided it is a waist of my time and fuel to give it a try so I am returning it.If they fix whats wrong with it, it would be a good lighter.
