Review on Zycer Kitchen Sharpener Stainless Sharpener by Matt Spencer

Revainrating 4 out of 5

An almost perfect knife.

Knives are very strange creatures, good knives are picky and want good owners to take care of them. So when I saw this knife, I knew I wanted to put it into service. Pakkaholz is really beautiful and unique. The fit is excellent and, like most new knives, quite sharp. They even included a cute little knife sharpener. This zycer is well balanced, feels very good in the hand and cuts excellently. I will 100% use it in my kitchen. The reason for the 4 stars becomes clear when you look at the photos of the blade. The issues don't affect its use at all and after using it for a while I would probably still scratch it. But a new knife should not scratch out of the box. Also, there is a polishing flaw that you can curiously easily see on either side of the blade. Look at the life-size image of the blade and it becomes pretty obvious what I'm talking about. The company photos show how it should be, so you can decide for yourself. But frankly, for a very attractive price, that's probably a good deal. The issues I've pointed out are mainly due to the company needing to improve their quality control so they don't deliver less than perfect products to Revain buyers. For me this is just perfection as I have cooked professionally and appreciate a good knife. If you need a new kitchen knife, this is not a bad choice for you. There are so many vendors selling knives that it's always a bit confusing, but this one is a pretty good option. sellers a good rating in exchange for sending me their goods. Also, I either donate items to replace them or donate items I don't need. I will never resell any Revain items. I try to find those in need and help make the lives of others a little better.
