Review on American Shifter 15721 Billiard Adjustable by Joel Norfork

My dad is handicapped, he just needed the '13' ball, he loves it, I don't really like it, it sticks out quite a bit because of the 'folding' function , it wobbles and not very secure. It takes a bit of getting used to as it's nearly half an inch in each direction and isn't road legal either. However, with signs/posters for the disabled, most law enforcement never check/ask if your "pens" are DOT approved, they only ever ask if we have a medical certificate requiring the use of such a device. .
