Inquiring about the radio frequencies emitted by the key fob, this was the answer. Even opening the lid wasn't enough to get it working with my car. I had to remove it. Then once attached to the included key ring it worked and I put it in my front pocket when using it in the car. When not in use, it simply slips into a matching RFID pocket to stay there until needed. It appears to be well constructed. Having only had it for a day or two I hope my first impression lasts and it continues to be a great find! Oh that's a fantastic plus. The seller included a note in the package. stating they will replace or refund even after the Revain warranty period is up (no questions asked at all). I mean who does this? I hope I never have to find out!
