Good customer service
Accuracy has yet to be tested. I bought this model because it can display GPM. I can't get into setup mode for this. I have emailed the service contact person, I hope to hear from you. I will change my rating if I receive a GPM marked model. I was able to reach customer support via email. They responded very quickly. They had me confirm that the flow meter doesn't let you change units. So they sent me a replacement. I just checked the flow meter and it's working so I can switch to GPM. That's why I give them 5 stars for their customer service.
