Blender not working. Tried everything. Confused, I prepared to send it back as defective. The next morning I tried again. The blender didn't work again. Angry, I turned on the timer - don't go. Angry, I turned the timer counterclockwise as far as it would go. Tries to run the blender again. This time it started. Unknowingly, I moved the timer from the "off" position to the "start" position. This initial position is not recognizable when looking at the mixer. He is hidden. I haven't seen any links to this. Therefore, remove the container and tilt the blender back to see the start position set when you turn the timer. It should be a gor tag or blender redesigned to show the starting location. That issue aside, the blender seems like a great product with plenty of everything you need. Recommend.
