I love the heated full body massager but I don't like that I can't use the heat without turning the massage on. I also hate that I can't leave it on for hours like my old massager. This is a compromise for me because I have fibrosis, arthritis and a pinched nerve in my back and sometimes I need this all night to get some sleep relief. Unfortunately I will soon be looking for one that meets all my needs because if it's on for 30 minutes and then off for 15 minutes it won't work when it's cold or when you're sleeping and have no idea when it turns off. Even nobles become a problem over time. I didn't feel them that much at first, but after a few hours of use they really start to annoy me. I also noticed that the intensity of the massage doesn't change on high or low. It might just be me and my severe pain but wanted to give an honest review after a few months of use.
