Serious defect - untrustworthy

The pin that holds everything together loosens after some time from road vibration and slips out with ease. The latch is very weak and flimsy. The magnets are small and surrounded by a plastic border. Why? There's no point in filming and magnetizing the surface, even if it's the edges. The number of magnets does not necessarily mean a strong attachment.
