We have had our jump slider for a number of years now and love it. It took the kids a week or two to learn how to walk up and down, but don't worry if it seems too steep at first. Believe me they are not, they will find out and climb up and down with the utmost ease. Like everything else, it takes a little practice and getting used to. Our one year old even uses it. It was so nice not to go outside, put the kid on the trampoline and wait on the edge for them to get off. She does everything herself! We have had it for many years, it has been used constantly by children of all ages, even teenagers. He was excellent and exceeded all my expectations. Eventually, however, the seams on the tarpaulin came out and it became unusable. I contacted the company and sent them a photo of my slider and to my surprise they sent a new slider with no questions other than "where will we ship your new slider to". It was the best purchase I've ever made. The new jump slider frame design feels a little flimsy than the old design, but I tested it with my weight to make sure it didn't sag under baby and hold it up! The Jump Slider hasn't let us down so far, so we're going to try a new design and hopefully won't disappoint.
