Fantastic customer service.

I bought one of these slides for my child a few years ago, it was used and used and the slide started to break. I thought it did the job but now that I have more young children I went to buy another one. When I searched, I noticed that the parts have a lifetime guarantee. I have written to the company asking if the fabric is upholstered and if so can I order it. They sent me a new slide for free. Before the break, this product was used daily. It was great to help all my kids become independent…

Just amazing - can't believe I almost didn't get it!

So I saw the negative reviews but I picked 72% who gave it 5 stars. And yet I was afraid. That's great! It's not cheap at all. Good, thick, durable all-weather fabric. Easy to assemble. Kids love it and it's MUCH safer than stairs. I have 4 and 8 years old. You'll have to put on your crocs to climb it, but I think if you're kids put on some grippy socks, that will work too. The kids don't seem to mind walking up to them in their sneakers and just putting them by the door. Stitching and quality…

NOT meeting expectations

Look, I'm all for spending $ on a product that serves a purpose/makes life easier. Unfortunately, this clunky ramp/slide/tarp doesn't fit into that category. We bought this as a safer alternative (than a 3ft stepladder) for my almost 2 year old to get off the hobo. Somehow this product seems LESS secure: it's steep, the extra surface area drops MORE potential off the sides, it's flimsy and just plain unreliable. I pressed it lightly with my foot and you can hear the velcro (and stitching!?)…

Mission: Seriously! You will not regret it! The best buy!

I originally ordered a ski jump in 2017 for my daughter's 3rd birthday. I recently attempted to install it on our trampoline and during the move it was missing a few parts (I was able to get it working until the posts separated where the bungee cord goes in). I contacted the company to see if they could point me the right way for spare parts and they are sending me a brand new slide! 😱😱😱 Your customer service is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST! Not to mention my 5 and 2 year olds loved climbing and…

Very glad we made this purchase!

We have had our jump slider for a number of years now and love it. It took the kids a week or two to learn how to walk up and down, but don't worry if it seems too steep at first. Believe me they are not, they will find out and climb up and down with the utmost ease. Like everything else, it takes a little practice and getting used to. Our one year old even uses it. It was so nice not to go outside, put the kid on the trampoline and wait on the edge for them to get off. She does everything…

Really great idea and product, maybe a bit expensive.

So I got our trampoline from my work where the previous renters left it and it is no longer needed. It was in a rough state, but I was slowly fixing it. Although I'm wondering if I shouldn't just buy a new one, it works great so it seems like a waste of money. However when I got it it didn't have a ladder so my son and his friends used a small 2 inch high work platform as a step. But after all the neighborhood kids found out that we have a trampoline, I was nervous because there wasn't a proper
