Pretty but doesn't suit us
This is a lovely door but my 4 lb poodle doesn't like it. Thinking of going back to the cheap doggie door mounted on the door. I think the problem is that the hard plastic doors are a bit harder to open (hard ones) and it looks like his fur gets stuck in there as he howls every time he goes outside. Now he protests and refuses to use it.
