A fantastic tool for automated marketing campaigns
I love being able to set up automated campaigns for my clients with very little effort! It's not perfect but their support is fantastic so we are working together to get everything just right - they have been great about it too :) We can't afford any downtime or issues at this point in time which makes us feel secure enough as customers of theirs. Automated campaigns between multiple platforms including email, mobile apps etc without needing someone constantly monitoring them everyday would be an amazing benefit.
Pros
- It's a great and very automated email and mobile campaigns and is great for a company to have a great and automated email and mobile campaigns
Cons
- It can be a little too automated
- I would love to have it have a little of the email and mobile campaigns automated for my clients
