Excellent product. Thoughtful design made of heavy steel. Much better than the original stand that came with my 32" Sony. They seem to have thought of everything, including non-slip feet and the ability to tilt the TV forwards or backwards without tilting the base. It seems to me that it would be difficult to knock the TV over unless it was mounted high on vertical supports. My only complaint is with the instructions and not the product itself. Although all components are clearly labeled L or R, they are labeled A or B in the parts list and step-by-step instructions. If I had been more careful from the start I would have opened all the A parts. identified them as left parts and assembled this side before opening part B and moving on to the right side. I would highly recommend this well designed, well made and affordable TV stand.
