Review on 💡 Premium Black LED Desk Lamp: Lite Source LS-306BLK Halotech - 29-Inch, 8W by Sarah Riekhof

I really liked this lamp as a table lamp when I bought it 2 years ago and recently decided to buy another one. A link from my previous purchase led me to this lamp which looks the same as the one I previously purchased in the photo but it's not exactly the same. To help anyone who decides to purchase this lamp in the future and expects it to be as shown in the picture (or to match one previously purchased), here are the differences. My 2 year old lamp uses a halogen bulb. This uses an LED. My 2 year old lamp has a toggle switch that selects "off" and 2 levels of brightness - just like the photo. The new one has a round push button switch (not shown in the photo) that controls the brightness and turns the lamp on and off. Does any of this matter in the real world? Depends on whether you think the ad's image and text should match. It also depends on whether you prefer the slightly yellow light from a halogen bulb or the very white light from the included LED. On the plus side, LED runs cooler than halogen. Another good work lamp, but be careful.
