All metal design best in my review
Metal cartridge cage makes me feel safer after reading reviews. Easy to use, although the first time I needed two cartridges to make anything come out. After that, works as it should, so I think maybe something was in the nozzle from the manufacturing process. Once that got blown out - A-OK! So if I were doing it all over again, I'd fill it with water the first time and then use cream.
