Easy-to use, customizable & affordable
The best part of lenderkit was that it helped me automate my loan origination process with ease. It also allowed me to track all aspects of each transaction in one place which made things much easier for me as I am not very tech savvy. There are some minor bugs here and there but they have been fixed over time. They recently upgraded their platform so I believe this will be resolved soon. If you want a simple solution to run your loans then definitely give them a try. We used them to manage our portfolio of P2P loans.
Pros
- Automates everything from intake through closing
- Detailed accounting function including ACH disbursements, account receivable tracking per deal etc.
- Easily integrates into Xero/Sage book (XOB) via API integration
- Provides detailed analytics across many different categories like customer acquisition cost by channel or product type among other metrics!Great support team too!!!They answered every question we had promptly within 24 hours when i reached out during implementation phase
