I think the mount is great for many reasons. Assembling was a bit difficult. There was only a small piece of paper with instructions, and it was difficult to see. So in case you're wondering too, the cords run through the body around the metal rod (which doesn't need to be put on), the caps/bodies that go around it are difficult to assemble. I had to tape it shut but then took it off because it spins and looks better without it. The turning is easy and smooth, but in order to flip it, you will surely have to loosen the screws, but I would be afraid to do it! All in all this is a very good TV mount and I would recommend it.
