We bought this whisk two months ago when the whisk we bought just after we got married 16 years ago started falling apart. We bought it based on the good reviews but after using it for the last 2 months we didn't like it and will end up buying another whisk. Pros and cons below: Pros: - Very strong and durable. - The grip is pretty good. Cons: - Feels too hard; there is a lack of flexibility. For example, I used a whisk while baking pancakes this morning. While washing the mixing bowl I could see caked batter in the bottom corners where if the whisk had a little more kink I think it would. Granted, this is probably a unique user preference. I'm far from a chef, maybe the chef prefers them that way. I do not know. But I just don't feel like I have the same control over this whisk as I did over the cheap one we probably bought at Wal-Mart 16 years ago. but it is very hard and for this reason I will look for another whisk.
