The main thing I like is how it has all of our reservations stored in one place, which makes searching through them much easier than having each room listed individually with different websites! Sometimes when we want an estimate from another hotel or if someone wants us to book their stay at ours they have trouble finding where/how but this helps solve those problems by making everything so cleanly organized!! You can't beat being able to see what you've done before without going back far enough (like 5 years).

It would be nice to get more info about guests who may not log into accounts as often though because sometimes people forget passwords etc., also there are times while using it online things just stop working until refreshed - no big deal other then inconvenient since most places don't allow offline access during business hours.
