Terrible instructions
The instructions that came with my handrail did not match the product I received. See the very nice color image in the product description showing the rod attached to the flange before you mount the flange to the wall? Didn't get it. My manual says nothing about this at all. Now I have flanges on the wall and I need to take them off to get it right. This may not be such a big deal for this company and maybe anyone else could figure it out intuitively, but I'm a 69-year-old non-mechanic person. It took me 45 minutes to get to the point where I realized I had to start over. I am not happy.
