I loved this controller after watching the reviews on YouTube. I installed it straight away, booted up my computer and was happy to install the Chroma software to start customizing my RGB. The software is great with many options to customize and sync your RGB. I have an MSI Gaming Edge Wifi motherboard and had no problem syncing it with Mystic Light. However, one major downside that I haven't mentioned at all is when you turn off your computer. The controller changes your RGB settings, randomly setting different colors and patterns. This also happens when the computer is backed up. Your settings won't load until you log into Windows and the Chroma program is running at startup. This is my first RGB controller so I don't know if other controllers will work the same way, but it seems silly. You would think they would be able to have some sort of built in memory to cache your settings. As others have said, the RGB slots can be small or cramped for some ports. Plugging in connectors is almost like taking a risk and hoping to insert the pins correctly and not bend or break them. I am currently using this controller with 3rd party products and all devices work fine. I connected an AirGoo Neon RGB strip, an Enermax Aquafusion AIO and an UpHere RGB graphics card bracket to this controller.
