Review on 🧀 Slice and serve with the Prodyne CK-300 Multi-Use Cheese Fruit and Veggie Knife by Hannah Curi

I'm writing this review after using the knife almost every day for over a year. This is a special knife that comes with features that help solve certain problems. The skeletal body prevents them from sticking to the blade as strongly as they would a solid blade. The end works like a fork. For harder cheeses, pay attention to the design of the cleaver. We have both and use them in the cases indicated. I didn't measure, but this knife has a blade about 6 inches long. This knife has proven itself on cheese blocks and circles under 10 inches in size. If you're cutting giant circles of cheese, you should look for a larger knife. I can't speak to the reviews that mention rust. Ours did not arrive in that time and was not purchased. I have no complaints and am overall satisfied.
