1.25 Inch 2010 Silverado Body Lift
It is quite simple and easy to install. A YouTube video did it very quickly. Took me about 2 hours in the driveway to install them, you need a jack and a 4" x 4" piece of wood, mine was about 2-1/2 feet long. It's easier than you might think to do it yourself.
