Disappointing light output NOT 2800 lumens (1400 lumens each)

These LEDs are not as bright as advertised. They outshine OEM halogen bulbs. The 60W (800 lumen) LED lamp in my side door is much brighter. No, somewhere around 2800 lumens (1400 each). They're bright white and easy to install, but otherwise VERY disappointing.
