the carpet sticks to the wet tiles and the backing material is torn

I put this carpet in front of the front door, there are tiles on the floor. I cleaned the tiles regularly and sometimes forgot to let them dry before putting the carpet back on. I didn't notice the backing of the mat sticking to the semi-wet tile and when I tried to remove the mat to clean the backing tore leaving a hole halfway through but not through the mat. BE CAREFUL that it doesn't stick to the floor.
