I like how easy it was to set up, use & understand this software platform! The customer service team has been amazing as well!! They are always willing/able answer any questions you may have about their product or your business needs in general- even if they don't know all answers off hand (which happens sometimes). Sometimes there can be some lag time between updates from our side when we want them out so soon after receiving information but other than those minor hiccups everything else works great. We've seen an increase in sales by over 10% since using gridcures services which makes me very happy because my clients love what these guys do more then anything ever before. ! Keep working hard at making sure everyone understands exactly why its important to us too. !! This will help drive new customers into businesses hands faster without worryingsomeone getting turned away due to lack of understanding just bcuz someone didn.
