Great Solution for Businesses Needing Professional Service Platform

I like how easy it was to set up, use & understand this software platform! The customer service team has been amazing as well!! They are always willing/able answer any questions you may have about their product or your business needs in general- even if they don't know all answers off hand (which happens sometimes). Sometimes there can be some lag time between updates from our side when we want them out so soon after receiving information but other than those minor hiccups everything else works

Pros
  • The customer service team is amazing and very proactive in getting things fixed or changed if necessary
Cons
  • Some of our clients are still learning why it matters to us so much and why its easier & more economical for them to use a techincal agency and service than it is for them
